For me if I'm tank I Let another player make the first pull, preferably the other tank but it really doesn't matter After clearing the first pack of required mobs, I sprint which should be 20 seconds for not being in combat with the first group I use provoke on the last pack of mobs, near the teleporter, then proc arms length I unsheathed and run towards.
